Replacement/Return Policy– Product once sold cannot be returned OR exchanged. We do not refund in ANY case.
We take utmost care while packing the products. However, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we will replace the product. It is subject to the recipient mailing us the photo within 24hours of delivery. Team Niyora will verify the damages and confirm the exchange. Buyer needs to send us back the damaged product within 5 days after confirmation in email from us. Products sent without a consent from Team Niyora will not be considered for replacement.
After authorisation of return, we will gladly offer you an exchange or a credit note. You can redeem it against any of our Niyora collection. There will be NO Money Refund at any case.
Product Specifications– Our photos shows the actual look of the gemstone in transparent and opaque white background. We do not use any trick for photography. We click all the photos in sunlight to make sure that the gemstone’s colours are as natural as possible. We take great efforts to put in the details of every product. If you have any doubt about the product, please feel free to call or mail us. No product will be replaced on this basis.
An order can not be cancelled, once the payment is done.
There is no guarantee/warranty for Niyora collection.
