# Neha Prasad

I'm the founder of Niyora, a PMS and PMDD support app.

I studied medicine for five years in India and worked in a hospital. Then I became a designer.

Now I'm building Niyora for women with PMS and PMDD. It's for the days before your period, when your feelings get louder than usual and you want help in the moment.
