## The short answer

- 01 In Bearable, go to Settings, Data + Security, My Data, then Export My Data, and pick All time.
- 02 Share the CSV to Niyora from the share sheet, check what Niyora found, then import.
- 03 Bearable only reads from Apple Health, so the CSV is how your Bearable history moves.

Step by step

## Step 1: get your data from Bearable

The export happens on your phone, with no email. These are the steps on Bearable’s support site.

- 1 ### Open your data settings In Bearable, tap Settings, then Data + Security, then My Data.
- 2 ### Export your data Tap Export My Data and pick All time. You can also pick 3 or 6 months.
- 3 ### Share the file Bearable opens the share sheet with a CSV file. Pick Niyora there, or save the file in the Files app.

## Step 2: open the file in Niyora

Your periods, symptoms and moods come across.

FAQ

## Questions about moving from Bearable

How do I export my data from Bearable?

+

To export your Bearable data, tap Settings, then Data + Security, My Data and Export My Data. Pick 3 months, 6 months or All time. Bearable makes a CSV file and opens the share sheet, so there is no email and no wait. Share it to Niyora to import it.

Does Bearable write to Apple Health?

+

Bearable doesn’t write to Apple Health. Its support site says Bearable only reads data from other health apps, such as steps, sleep and heart rate. So your Bearable mood and symptom history moves to Niyora as the CSV file you export and open in Niyora.
