Before using the booklet, 66% of women had unhealthy habits related to PMS. After using the booklet, only 10.7% had unhealthy habits. The women reported clear changes in physical symptoms, behaviors, and emotional responses after reading the booklet.

## What it means for you

Teaching women about PMS self-care through an electronic booklet can help them manage symptoms and develop healthier habits. However, the study did not include a control group of women who did not receive the booklet, so we cannot be certain the booklet itself caused the improvements.
