Does Fluoxetine taken only during the luteal phase help PMDD in teenagers?
Yes. One 17-year-old girl had complete resolution of her PMDD symptoms when she took Fluoxetine 20 mg daily during the luteal phase. This is a single case.

Her PMDD symptoms completely resolved with this treatment.
