Move to Niyora

Bring your history from Stardust

Stardust has no export button, so Apple Health is the way across. If Stardust put your periods in Health, Niyora reads them when you connect it. If not, add your recent periods when you set up Niyora.

Step by step

How to bring your Stardust periods into Niyora

Stardust documents no export, so Apple Health is the route to try first.

  1. 1

    Check Stardust’s Health connection

In Stardust, tap the alien icon, then the settings gear, then Connected Apps, then Apple Health.

  2. 2

Look for your periods in Health

Open the Health app, tap Browse, then Cycle Tracking, and scroll to Cycle History.

  3. 3

    Connect Niyora to Apple Health

If your periods are there, connect Apple Health when you set up Niyora, or later from Niyora’s calendar.

  4. 4

    Or add them by hand

If Health has no periods from Stardust, add your recent periods when you set up Niyora. You can add more any time from the calendar.

  • Stardust’s privacy policy says you can ask for a copy of your data by emailing its support team. It doesn’t say what format the copy comes in.

FAQ

Questions about moving from Stardust

Can I export my data from Stardust?

Stardust has no export feature on its FAQ or data pages. Its privacy policy says you can request a copy of your data by emailing its support team, without saying what format it comes in. The quickest route to Niyora is Apple Health, if Stardust wrote your periods there.

Does Stardust sync periods to Apple Health?

Stardust’s privacy policy says it may share health data with Apple Health, but it doesn’t list which kinds. To check, open the Health app, tap Browse, then Cycle Tracking, and look at Cycle History. If your Stardust periods are there, Niyora reads them when you connect Apple Health.
